"Over the many years we have been real estate agents who have struggled to find contractors to perform work for our clients.  We were fortunate to come across Affordable Restorations when we had a very difficult situation at a listing we had under contract.  The buyers' home inspector performed a radon test and found radon to be present inside the home.  The buyers' requested a radon mitigation.  On a recommendation from another agent we contacted Affordable Restoration.  We called Affordable Restoration and Mike came and viewed the property and gave an estimate of the cost to guarantee to mitigate the radon to meet EPA action levels.  We found Mike and Affordable Restoration to be very professional and their work ethic was far beyond what we have experienced over the years with other contractors.  We had another minor problem on another listing under contract.  There were three damaged shingles on the roof that needed to be replaced.  We called Mike and even though this was a very minor repair job Mike got on it promptly completed.   We would very highly recommend Affordable Restoration to perform any home improvement project."
